The enormously skilled chess craftsmen at Italfama in Florence, Italy have created these two incredible themed chess armies, skilfully crafted from resin and hand-painted to give the level of detail and finish expected from the very best fantasy wargame miniatures. This set is sure to be a hit with any fans of dark fantasy and all things gothic!

We have paired these chessmen together with an artisan grey ash burl board with a high gloss finish, which really complements the pieces perfectly. This is an atmospheric set of exemplary quality. The chess board in this set has been expertly crafted by Rechapados Ferrer in Spain using precision laser cutting techniques and stunning wooden veneers combined with expert lacquering and finishing. The underside of the board is finished in a satin veneer that is a different colour from the playing surface of the board. The veneers used for the underside may vary in colour from batch to batch.
