Hand turned and polished with natural waxes, these Oxford Series Chess Pieces are elegantly styled and beautifully detailed. Crafted from acacia and boxwood, this set represents great value in terms of craftsmanship and quality of finish.
Weighted with plush green flocked bases, it will looks classically stunning combined with the 19.7 inch deluxe walnut and maple chess board from Rechapados Ferrer of Spain. Walnut has very dense grain and rich tones that work well with the golden hues of acacia and honey tones of boxwood.

The chess board in this set has been expertly crafted by Rechapados Ferrer in Spain using precision laser cutting techniques and stunning wooden veneers combined with expert lacquering and finishing. The underside of the board is finished in a satin veneer that is a different colour from the playing surface of the board. The veneers used for the underside may vary in colour from batch to batch.
