A quality 23.6 inch (60 cm) black printed light maple chess board produced by chess artisans Rechapados Ferrer S.A. of Spain. High grade veneer construction using modern fabrication techniques has produced a contemporary design with sharp contrasting lines and critical detailing. The jet black squares juxtaposed with the extra light maple is simply seductive. A beautifully veneered grey wood base adds the finishing touch. Perfect for accompanying chess pieces with king heights of 4 inches (102 mm).

This chess board has been expertly crafted by Rechapados Ferrer in Spain using precision laser cutting techniques and stunning wooden veneers combined with expert lacquering and finishing. The underside of the board is finished in a satin veneer that is a different colour from the playing surface of the board. The veneers used for the underside may vary in colour from batch to batch.
